<p>The Muse Dialogues brings in the New Year with <a title="Vol. 1, No. 3: Film Festivals" href="/visual-arts/film-festivals/">Vol. 1, No. 3: Film Festivals</a>. This issue contains thoughts on the growing role of film festivals and their significance in the art of the moving image.
